We ship all products using USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested during order submission. Shipments are sent Monday–Saturday and are generally dispatched within 3 days of receiving payment. Orders typically arrive within 3 business days after shipment, although delivery may take up to 10 business days due to occasional carrier delays.
Tracking information is provided once your order is shipped and is automatically sent to the customer’s email address. Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates to ensure safe and secure delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen or redirected packages. We strongly recommend using a secure lockbox or designated delivery location to protect your shipment.
If your package is lost, we can initiate a claim through shipping insurance and offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note that shipping delays can occur, and we have no control over the delivery process once the order leaves our facility.
While delays can be frustrating, we kindly ask for your patience—most delayed packages do eventually arrive.
Our policy is to wait 20 business days before issuing a replacement or refund, as this timeframe has proven to be the most fair and effective.
We are unable to authorize refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. This includes deliveries made to incorrect addresses or shared/common areas (e.g., apartment buildings). Customers should contact the carrier directly for assistance before reaching out to us.
SoCo Peptides takes great care in packaging and shipping every order. All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout and include tracking information.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
SoCo Peptides is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once the shipping carrier’s tracking information shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order will be considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.
SoCo Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

If tracking does not show that your package was delivered and it appears to have been lost while in transit, please contact SoCo Peptides so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
When appropriate, we may assist with initiating a carrier inquiry or claim.
SoCo Peptides is not obligated to replace or refund an order when carrier tracking confirms that it was successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
At our discretion, SoCo Peptides may occasionally offer a replacement, store credit, or other resolution as a one-time customer-service courtesy. Any courtesy resolution does not create an obligation to provide the same resolution for future orders or circumstances.
Packages returned to SoCo Peptides because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to retrieve the package, or other circumstances outside our control may require additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.
Customers should report shipping concerns as soon as possible after noticing an issue. Please include your order number and tracking number when contacting us.
SoCo Peptides reserves the right to review the tracking history, shipping address, carrier information, and circumstances surrounding a claim before determining whether a replacement, refund, credit, or other resolution will be provided.
